Returns and Cancellations

No Returns Policy: All products are made to order and cannot be returned once produced.

​

Non-Deliverable Items: If an order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address or refusal by the recipient, the products will be destroyed without refund or replacement.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective. Any damage or production issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, including photo documentation to info@evelyns-artvision.com. In such cases, a replacement or refund will be provided free of charge.
