Production
All orders are produced on demand through Printuma.
Each artwork is made specifically for you after the order is placed — ensuring both quality and sustainability by avoiding overproduction.
Average production time: 2–5 business days, depending on product type and current workload.
Shipping Times
Once production is complete, the item is shipped directly from the nearest fulfillment location.
Estimated delivery times:

Austria & EU: 5–10 business days

International: 10–20 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to holidays, customs processing, or local carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, size, and weight.
Customs and Import Fees
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.
Order Changes and Cancellations
As each item is made to order, cancellations or modifications are not possible once production has begun.
Returns and Claims
Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective.
Any damage or production issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, including photo documentation to info@evelyns-artvision.com.
In such cases, a replacement or refund will be provided free of charge.
